No. After an initial 90-day onboarding period, all engagements are month-to-month. We believe in earning your business every month, not locking you in.
We review your engagement quarterly. If your transaction volume increases significantly, we'll discuss a scope adjustment together. If things slow down, we'll adjust accordingly. It's always a conversation, never a surprise invoice.
Yes. Full-cycle bookkeeping, recording transactions, reconciliations, A/P and A/R management — is included in Tier 2 and Tier 3 engagements, and available as an add-on for Tier 1 clients.
Tax preparation and compliance is handled through our dedicated CPA partner and is quoted separately based on your entity type and complexity. We coordinate everything so you experience it as one seamless relationship.
We work primarily with QuickBooks and can accommodate other platforms. If you need a system set up from scratch, our Financial System Setup service covers that completely.
Most engagements begin within two to three weeks of the initial consultation — including a financial assessment, system review, and onboarding. We move at a pace that sets the engagement up for long-term success.
